Sports medicine for non-athletes

What can we learn from top athletes?
The ability to work towards a goal with passion and focus. This also includes having the strength to say "no", to not do things, to learn from defeat, to survive or withstand crises and not to be overconfident when you succeed – in other words, to have humility.
Competitive sports also teach us that there are no short-cuts to success – nor should there be!
Someone who takes illicit drugs or cheats might well enjoy fame, glory and financial success in the short term.
But they will be forever denied the inner peace and deep sense of satisfaction that comes from a real achievement.
Are you a non-athlete looking for medical coaching?
It should go without saying that while I am supporting you, I will give you "friendly encouragement" in an effort to convince you of the need to increase your muscle activity. To date no-one has discovered an alternative to muscle activity, and they never will. The desire to move and exert ourselves physically plays a major role in increasing our enjoyment of life. Human beings have been programmed this way for millions of years. After all, many biochemical processes can only take place within fully functional muscle mass.
I am happy to be your partner and support you on this journey.
